MyAlbania.Org is an online portal providing information about Albania as a tourist destination. The portal contains information about goods and/or services of third parties, and may permit access to information and services provided by third parties. The use of the portal is subject to the terms and conditions laid down below.

1. The conditions below apply to all persons who make a booking through My Albania. They will be complemented by other conditions that will be communicated to you during the booking process.
2. These conditions are applied to all persons who decide to promote their services, accomodation or other advertising on the platform, they will be complemented by other conditions which will be communicated to you during the booking process.
3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Albania. If any provision of these Terms is (or becomes) invalid or unenforceable, it will always be applied to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. When you make a reservation with My Albania (accommodation, car, tour guide, event, etc.) My Albania provides and is responsible for the form, but not for the experience itself.
5. My Albania deals with individuals and/or companies who assume their legal and moral responsibilities towards their clients, as stipulated by law, and have no connection with My Albania, except the use of its platform to promote their goods and services.
6. My Albania strives for the most efficient services, however, it does not guarantee that the portal will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that issues in the service will be corrected. We will do what is necessary to put everything in order at the shortest delays possible.
7. My Albania does not recommend any service, accommodation and/or events. You make your own choices based on the offer available on our pages. The supplier / provider of the good / service / event, etc. is solely responsible for your experience. We are not involved in the third party terms. We are not responsible for your choice and have no liability to you in relation to your booking.
8. in order to use certain features of the portal, you may be required to register to MyAlbania.com. your personal information will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy .
To make an offer of accommodation, service or event, you will need to create an account for which you are responsible. Do not allow anyone else use it and keep your username and password secret. Your personal information must be accurate (contact details and payment details). Otherwise you may not be able to access your booking/offer. This point of attention also concerns the supplier of good and / or service who may not have access to his file in the platform.
You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any accounts or profiles you create/use to access the services on the portal.
9. The information available on My Albania is available in English. Other language options may be added in the future.
10. My Albania may contain links or produce search results that link to third party sites. My Albania hereby renounces any responsibility or liability for the accuracy of the content or information provided.
Prices and payments
1. You agree to pay the cost of accommodation, service or event, including any fees and taxes that may apply.
2. Any erroneous reservation proposed by MyAlbania is not binding!
3. My Albania uses the EURO (€) as its payment currency.
4. You can cancel your reservation free of charge 7 days before your experience. For cancellations of less than 7 days, a fee representing 10% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. Please note that this may not apply to the service provider’s conditions of reservation, cancellations or refunds.
5. As a general rule, it is the supplier/service provider who invoices you. Be aware, in certain cases the service provider/provider may requires advance payment, which may be debited or pre-authorized when you make your reservation, and it may be non-refundable.
6. By these terms, we will retain your payment method details for future transactions. By signing the terms and conditions, you also agree to this condition.
7. My Albania wants you to always get the best possible price. If, after booking your accommodation with us, you find the same accommodation (with the same conditions) for less on another website, please notify us immediately. We will contact the supplier/provider and negotiate on your behalf.
