Albania’s topographic conditions and nature offer many opportunities to practice paragliding. The most popular and best spot for paragliding are the slopes of Llogara, in southern Albania, given the favorable direction of the wind.
Llogara is also popular among international practitioners of the sport and is used by paratroopers as a meeting spot. Other popular paragliding spots are Maja e Cikës near Vlorë, Morava near Korçë, Mount Dajti in Tirana, and Tarabosh Mount in Shkodra.
